Graduated in chemical sciences from the University of Barcelona in 1973. His professional activity began in 1974, as a scholarship holder of the Juan de la Cierva Trust in Barcelona; 1977/81: Responsible for quality control, processes and product development at Indústries Làcties Sant Pau S.A (Sabadell). 1981/82: Technical Director of Xilat S.A (Santa Perpètua de Mogoda). 1982/85 : Head of new Pilot Plant unit at Purina Protein (Rubi), 1985/96 : Director of R&D at IDS. 1996/2014: Shareholder and technical director of Premium Ingredients S.L. 2014/16: Deputy director of Center de Tecnica i Control S.L.. 2016/23: Registration as an independent professional. Continuation at Center de Tecnica i control S.L. Acquisition of shares in the gelling company Ingregel, Collaboration with IRTA on the international technology course in meat products VII – XX with Functional Additives in the Meat Industry.
