The legumes produced for the production of vegetable drinks are of selected varieties with an added value, since they will be transformed into a product for human consumption. The production of this raw material can give the agricultural sector a specialization and technicalization, at the same time environmental and economic sustainability of the countryside. On this day, the agricultural and food sector wants to make known the technologies to be able to make plant-based drinks.
