Within the framework of the Organic Plus project (https://organic-plus.net/), and the LIFE ENRICH project (http://www.life-enrich.eu/), the IRTA in Cabrils is being carried out an experiment to produce lavender on alternative substrates to organically grown peat. In particular, this species is being grown in containers with alternative compounds using two types of fertilizers. This day aims to explain the context, the approach and the measures that are being carried out and some preliminary results will be presented. The experience is open to occasional visits. On the other hand, in the Agricultural School of Manresa, within the framework of the Organic Plus project, experiments have been carried out for the production of seedlings without peat, based on compost or extruded materials; in this day we will have the opportunity to know the results of this research
