Based on the experience accumulated since 2001 with the organization of the International Course IRTA in Technology of Meat Products (http://cursocarnicosirta.com/) and attending to demands received by companies of sector, the IRTA has designed an offer of face-to-face courses to be carried out at the client's home that will allow us to transfer all our experience and knowledge to a greater number of professionals without having the need to travel to the IRTA facilities.
These courses are aimed at professionals who focus their activity on production, R & D, quality or sales departments either in meat companies or in supplier companies (services, ingredients, materials and equipment).
The set of courses we present is a wide range in terms of content and duration to be able to adapt to the specific requirements of each client. Each of the theoretical courses offered can be combined with practical classes, in which all kinds of fresh, cooked and cured meat products can be made. While the programs of the courses offered are designed to meet the training needs of companies in most cases, we are open to any modification of the content of the courses, as well as the design of other courses to better meet customer requests.
At IRTA we are aware of the importance of having the participation and experience of each of the twenty professionals who make up the diverse and highly specialized IRTA teaching staff. Therefore, for the realization of these courses the IRTA bets for a format of course in which all the practical classes and a good part of the theoretical classes are given by teachers moved to the place of realization of the course, while that a part of the theoretical classes are taught by non-displaced teachers who teach the classes electronically. The course coordinator is present on site with the students throughout the course and, in addition to teaching part of the classes, acts as a continuous link between remote teachers and students. The courses held to date with this format have gained great acceptance by attendees.
Our clients can be, among others, companies, business associations, chambers of commerce, public or private entities, etc., that offer assistance to the course to employees, clients, associates, external people, etc.
