The IRTA International Course in Meat Products Technology is a consolidated course in the sector, focused on the modernization and industrialization of the meat industry.
The course offers a comprehensive review of all aspects related to the technology and quality of meat and meat products: obtaining raw materials, processing, packaging, processing technologies and industrial trends.

• Module 1: Technology and quality of fresh meat and meat derivatives. From 11/04/24 to 11/08/24
• Module 2: Technology of raw-cured and salted sausages. From 11/11/24 to 11/15/24
• Module 3: Technology of cooked meat products. From 11/18/24 to 11/22/24
Prices without VAT
Course partially subsidized by FUNDAE.
Prices include lunches on school days and daily transportation from Girona to IRTA in Monells. It must be requested during course registration.
Way to pay:
Payments will be made by bank transfer to the current account that will be provided at the time of confirmation of registration.
Cancellation:
For registration cancellations after 10/04/2024, a cancellation fee of 50% of the registration value will be charged. Registration is not saved for the following year.
The organization reserves the right to cancel the course at any time prior to 11/05/2024. In case of cancellation of the course, the organization will refund the registration fee.
