This day is held within the framework of an INIA project (RTA2017-00024-C04) and of an Operative Group of the Generalitat de Catalunya whose objective is the valorization of co-products of pig origin.

This day is aimed at the whole meat sector. This day will focus on explaining the results obtained most relevant to the industry.
