Technologies for the production of cereal-based vegetable drinks

About the activity

The cereals produced for the production of vegetable drinks are of selected varieties with an added value, since they will be transformed into a human food product. The production of this raw material can give the agricultural sector a specialization and technicalization, at the same time environmental and economic sustainability of the countryside. On this day, the agricultural and food sector wants to make known the technologies to be able to make plant-based drinks. Activity financed through Operation 01.02.01 of Technology Transfer of the Rural Development Program of Catalonia 2014-2022.
