Interempresas and Olint organize the next days, February 28 and March 1, the I Congress of Sustainable Viticulture in Vilafranca del Penedès. The challenges posed by the European Green Pact and climate change are guiding the efforts of the wine sector, which finds its main supports in genetic innovation and digital tools to move towards a more sustainable management of the vineyard.
Viticulture is going through a crucial moment in its process of adapting to the new demands posed by the European Union in terms of environmental sustainability. For this reason, the vineyard in an organic system is a clear trend in some producing regions of Spain and this translates into a new philosophy of management and management of the crop.
Under this premise, Interempresas Media and Agromillora, through their technical publication Olint, have promoted the 1st Sustainable Viticulture Congress to be held on February 28 and March 1 in Vilafranca del Penedès (Barcelona). The initiative has the support of a large group of leading entities and companies in the wine sector in our country and internationally.
