Dr. Omar García Tejera is Dr. Agricultural Engineer from the University of Córdoba. Since 2017 he has been working as a researcher in the Department of Efficient Use of Water in Agriculture at IRTA. His work focuses on the development of crop simulation model to develop strategies for optimizing water resources. In recent years he has participated in several national and European projects aimed at developing climate change mitigation strategies in vineyards.
