Marta Pascual Gilabert holds a degree in Organic Chemistry, a Master's Degree in Organic Chemistry and a DEA from the UB. He is currently developing his doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Pharmacy of the UB. She has been a researcher, coordinator of Medical Chemistry, Head of Laboratory, Director of New Drug Discovery and Scientific Director at various companies in the chemical, biotechnology and life and health sciences sectors. She has participated in more than 60 national and international R&D projects as a researcher and scientific coordinator. He has carried out the development from the laboratory to the market of a functional food in the field of minority diseases. The results of the work have been protected in more than 20 patent families around the world. He has participated in the constitution of two startups in the field of Biotech and health, where he has been part of the Board of Directors. He has directed 15 postgraduate projects in the Master of RD applied to the chemical and pharmaceutical industry of IUCT. She currently holds the position of RD Project Coordinator of the Food Division of the CARINSA group.
