In this new edition of InnoEspai in the framework of the Fira de Sant Josep de Mollerussa we will focus on artificial vision applied to agriculture. The artificial vision technology for the counting of flowers and fruits in fruit plantations would allow an optimization of the manual thinning and a better estimate of the production at harvest, which are two key tasks in fruit production affecting in this way the improvement of the environmental, economic and social sustainability of fruit production.
This activity is part of the FruitScan demonstration project (Operation 16.01.01 Cooperation for Innovation of the Rural Development Program of Catalonia 2014-2022).
