Decentralized composting and horticulture: experiences and challenges

About the activity

On a previous day, the objectives of the COMdeHORT demonstration project were presented. Since then, different sectors have had the opportunity to participate in a survey to expose the reality in the field of decentralized composting in order to take advantage of the compost in the same farm (or to outsource its consumption). On this day, a summary of the results will be made and regulations and tools for local composting will be discussed and we will also share experiences of compost production and/or its use in horticulture.
