Neil Duncan enjoys working in applied research in controlling fish reproduction and cultivation. Neil holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in Marine Biology and Oceanography from Bangor University and a doctorate in Aquaculture from Stirling University. His main interest is in studies to produce the quality and quantity of heavy eggs needed for a commercial hatchery, ensuring that families are produced with the traits required for an improvement program. In addition, he has worked on improving larval rearing and juvenile growth. Neil has worked in Spain, Mexico and Scotland with a wide range of European and Latin American species.<\/p>\n\n
