Responsible for the Food Engineering and Technology Unit (1985-2009), head of the Food Technology programme (2009-2015) of IRTA and member of the Expert Committee for the Strategic Reflection of IRTA (since 2015). With more than 30 years of work in Meat Technology, especially in dry-cured meat products, he has wide experience in collaboration with national and international industries and research centres.
