His professional activity began in 1974, as a scholarship holder of the Juan de la Cierva Trust in Barcelona; 1977\/81: Responsible for quality control, processes and product development at Ind\u00fastries L\u00e0cties Sant Pau S.A (Sabadell). 1981\/82: Technical Director of Xilat S.A (Santa Perp\u00e8tua de Mogoda). 1982\/85 : Head of new Pilot Plant unit at Purina Protein (Rubi), 1985\/96 : Director of R&D at IDS. 1996\/2014: Shareholder and technical director of Premium Ingredients S.L. 2014\/16: Deputy director of Center de Tecnica i Control S.L.. 2016\/23: Registration as an independent professional. Continuation at Center de Tecnica i control S.L.
