Cereals and legumes can be valued by extracting their protein for the production of food products. Currently, there is a growing trend in innovative products incorporating plant protein sources. On this day, the aim is to make the agricultural and food sector aware of the technologies to be able to extract plant protein and use it in food products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
