For example, how to integrate sustainability at all levels of the farm: environmental, social and economic. This day aims to be a meeting point to face the challenges together, and to give tools to move towards a more efficient and sustainable apple production system.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aspects of plant material, varieties and rootstocks will be discussed with guest expert Stefano Musacchi. Also the clearing, the harvest, the royal heron and the management of fungicidal treatments.
