Since then it has been spreading throughout the Catalan geography and is now present in all four provinces.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Its biological characteristics such as polyphagy and high fecundity make the insect a very dangerous agricultural pest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In recent years, numerous studies have been carried out with the aim of having tools for its control in the various crops that may be affected.
