Jordi Cabrefiga Olamendi has a degree in biology from the University of Girona and a doctorate in Biotechnology from the University of Girona. He has worked as a researcher for almost 20 years at the University of Girona. Since 2018 he has been working at IRTA, carrying out research, training, transfer and contracts with companies in the area of sustainable plant protection. Has been responsible for numerous contracts with companies and has participated in projects national and international standards in the field of plant health. He has more than 20 scientific articles, 2 patents and several book chapters.
